Our mission is to promote the visual arts by providing exhibition and networking opportunities for visual artists of all skill levels in the beautiful Skagit Valley. Our vision is to develop Skagit County into a cultural destination for visitors from around the world. We are volunteer-run and funded by grants, membership dues, and charitable contributions. A core group of passionate artists embarked on this mission over 20 years ago.
